Yes — you’re welcome to bring in your own preferred vendors, including catering, celebrants, photographers, musicians and more. The only exception is styling and florals, which are thoughtfully handled by our in-house stylist, Fresh. This ensures a cohesive aesthetic across the estate and allows our dedicated team to seamlessly coordinate every visual detail, creating a beautifully refined experience from start to finish.

Our event pricing is based on the package you choose. For example, our standard package includes three hours of exclusive use of Sonnyview Estate, supported by three dedicated event coordinators to assist with guests and liaise with your vendors. You’ll also have access to our curated collection of furniture and styling items to personalise your event, including tables, chairs, décor pieces, and a welcome sign.
Seasonal, custom-designed florals are included and can be tailored to your chosen colour palette, ensuring every detail reflects your vision. Additional styling items from our Fresh inventory can also be added to further customise your event and create a truly unique experience.
